This is a third party company. They find the mechanic that's closest to you. They're out of Pennsylvania. Not local. Don't even know the mechanics they're sending to you.

I Called because my husband had issues with the repairs made by this company. It could’ve resulted in serious long term damage to his engine. The man I talked to was extremely rude and argumentative the entire time. Please look elsewhere if you need something fixed correctly! Also kind of interesting that there is a 5 star review from an Evan and that was the name of the mechanic that came out to my husband. Edited to reply: As stated above, I contacted you one time. My husband contacted you via text/email on April 17th in reference to the issues we had and again this morning, ONLY in reference to your employee finding me on Facebook and messaging me last night after seeing my review. That is completely unprofessional. And we are harassing you? Please tell me how I am a liar and harassing anyone by leaving a review? A review that is transparent with my name matching that of my husbands. When you receive a service and call the owners that provided said service about problems, that is not harassment. My review was based on my experience dealing with the aftermath. If you feel the need to call the police over a Google review, please do so.

Great service and association Great ratess. We called them for an air leak on our trailer, they came in less than an hour and we were back on the road in under an hour.

Roadside requested afterhours on 2/16/23 for a 53ft dry van trailer brake chamber replacement. They were upfront with the pricing $100 call out fee, $200 an hr. 2 hr. min and a $120 after hours part fee. all trailer info was given to them. mechanic somehow ended up with wrong part and the told us they will have to return on 2/17/23. They told us they wouldn't charge extra hours because it’s their fault they got the wrong parts. we spoke with a lady out of PA with their company and she removed the 120$ part pick up fee , since it wasn't our fault they got the incorrect part , but they charged us 4 hours to install 1 brake chamber ... ended up paying 1,134$- Update 3/9/23 Trailer returned to our terminal and brake chamber was found incorrectly installed
